As a UX Designer, you will:
* Product Design Research & Strategy: Apply human-centered design techniques to craft core experiences, design interactive features, and create platform-specific wireframes that address user pain points. Lead qualitative and quantitative research to guide product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to prototype, validate, and implement solutions aligned with user and business goals.
* Experience Identity: Co-facilitate the development of brand strategies with Marketing, defining purpose, vision, and positioning. Create a design system to ensure consistency and accessibility, and develop a cohesive visual language to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal.
* Experience Build: Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs by applying design principles to establish clear structures and interactions. Develop wireframes, journey maps, content strategies, prototypes, and ensure accessibility, documenting design decisions and collaborating to deliver effective solutions.
* Design Management: Manage the design process to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes while optimizing workflows. Collaborate across workstreams, provide direction, and guide stakeholders on human-centered design principles, ensuring ethical and inclusive practices.
What you bring:
If you thrive on crafting intuitive user experiences while blending research, design, and strategy, and are a T-shaped thinker capable of translating insights into innovative designs, we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in UX design, especially for enterprise tools, digital platforms, or multi-channel services, with a focus on user research, journey mapping, and concept development for B2B and B2C products.
* Expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, A/B testing, ethnographic research) and familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Qualtrics. Experience with market research platforms like Gartner and Forrester is a plus.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and collaboration platforms like Miro and MURAL.
* Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and wireframing.
* Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
