About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Production & Planning Specialist to support manufacturing operations at our Derio plant.Responsibilities- Plan and manage manufacturing for coating and slitting machines.- Analyze production deviations, errors, and opportunities for optimization based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and raw material availability.- Coordinate order processing, confirm delivery times, and define production cycles and volumes per cycle.- Manage finished product stock, assign inventory to orders, ensuring correct packaging and pricing.- Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders for SA stocks.- Handle MTO order management, minimum order quantity checks, scheduling, and availability confirmation.- Define SKUs and volumes per SKU according to production cycles.- Address customer claims related to transport and handling.- Update and communicate production planning to cross-functional teams.- Coordinate with fulfillment for special productions, date breaches, and other exceptions.- Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure plan adherence.Qualifications- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in production planning.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.- Knowledge of health and safety best practices, either through experience or formal training.- Strong analytical and planning skills.- Autonomous and team‑oriented, stable, dynamic, hardworking, and eager to improve.- Proficient in Spanish and English.LocationDerio, Spain.Selection Process- Interview with the Operations Director, HR Business Partner, and Site Manager.EEO StatementWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
