PThis a 100% remote bSPAIN /b bREGIONAL SALES /b role for someone who is based in Spain. If you speak fluent bSPANISH /band bCHINESE /b and love the freedom to be out of the office meeting potential restaurant owners and representatives of supermarkets, this is a wonderful role in which you will join a growing specialist bfood business /b that sells high-end Chinese foods into the UK, Europe and beyond. The role is very autonomous and you will be talking to (and visiting) existing and new customers (all are supermarkets, restaurants, caterers and retailers), attending food-events and developing new business as well as introducing customers to new CHINESE food flavours and products. We welcome applications from fresh graduates and professionals from other industries who demonstrate bstrong communication skills /b, ba passion for client-facing sales environments /b, and bexcellent interpersonal abilities /b. Candidates with the right attitude and soft skills will also be a great fit for this position. /ppThe position focuses on bexpanding market penetration, increasing product listings, and developing new business opportunities /b while supporting existing customers. This is an boutside sales role /b, requiring regular visits to restaurants, suppliers, and retail partners. /ppThe position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to grow business relationships across the retail, foodservice, and distribution channels. /ppbr/ppbDUTIES /b /ppbBusiness Development Market Expansion /b /pulliIdentify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position within the industry. /liliDevelop new commercial relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. /liliIncrease market penetration by promoting product adoption among restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets. /li /ulpbAccount Management /b /pulliManage relationships with restaurant groups, suppliers, wholesalers, and retail partners. /liliWork closely with customers to expand product listings and increase SKU presence. /liliEnsure strong customer engagement through regular visits and ongoing support. /li /ulpbSales Growth Product Placement /b /pulliIntroduce new product lines to restaurants and support them in sourcing products through distributors. /liliIncrease product visibility and availability within supermarkets, wholesalers, and distribution channels. /liliMonitor stock levels and collaborate with partners to minimise out-of-stock situations. /li /ulpbCustomer Education Product Promotion /b /pulliEducate customers on product applications and benefits through presentations, product demonstrations, and sampling. /liliSupport partners with promotional activities and product knowledge to drive sales. /li /ulpbReporting Market Insights /b /pulliPrepare regular sales and activity reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising key information. /liliProvide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and new opportunities. /li /ulpbIndustry Engagement /b /pulliRepresent the business at regional trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events. /liliFollow up on leads generated through events and market activities. /li /ulpbAdditional Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations to customers. /liliUndertake other duties and responsibilities as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS /b /ppbEducation /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li /ulpbWork Experience /b /pulliMinimum b1-2 years of sales or marketing experience /b, preferably within bFMCG or consumer goods /b. /liliExperience working with bretail, distribution, or foodservice channels /b is highly desirable. /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliGood analytical ability with the capacity to interpret market and sales data. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. /liliProficiency in bMicrosoft Office /b. /li /ulpbLanguages /b /pullibFluent Spanish and Chinese /b required. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills. /liliEnglish is desirable but not necessary. /li /ulpbPersonal Competencies /b /pulliSelf-motivated and results-driven. /liliStrong organisational and time-management skills. /liliComfortable working independently in a field-based sales role while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /li /ulpbOther Requirements /b /pulliPermission to work in Germany. /liliFull European driving licence (role involves regular driving). /liliInterest in Asian cuisine is beneficial for client communication and product engagement. /li /ul
