Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
* Function as the primary contact for the customer regarding technology discussions
* Recognizing as the escalation point for technical issues for the customer landscape
* Providing services require detailed understanding of customer landscape and its interfaces
* Understanding the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions/innovation
Skills Required:
* Strong network administration experience of minimum 8+ Yrs.
* Expertise in at least one hyperscaler technology (Azure/AWS/GCP)
* Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in customer network infrastructure, HA & DR solutions, connectivity, LB, NSG, DNS
* Customer facing experience
* Ability to work effectively as a virtual member or a dynamic and dispersed team
* Excellent communication both verbal and written in English (additional languages would be an added value)
