As a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA Supply Chain, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Your focus will be to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring every hire aligns with Coty’s organizational goals. You will be reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA Supply Chain, and you will own :
Full Cycle Recruitment Delivery :
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations and insights to hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless, candidate-centric hiring process at every stage.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, ensuring an engaging and respectful experience.
Where required build and maintain strong talent networks and pipelines through proactive sourcing
Process, Compliance & Technology :
Use ATS and recruitment systems responsibly, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and compliance with policies and legislation.
Safeguard confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data insights.
Employer Branding & External Partnerships :
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting culture and values, participating in events, and aligning with branding guidelines.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth and effective delivery of hiring needs.
Ensure your posting and presentation of the organisation is in line with our Employer Branding guidelines.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business, combining deep recruitment expertise with strong relationship-building skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
Having 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
Having strong knowledge of the supply chain talent market, ideally in beauty, retail, FMCG or similar industries.
Being skilled in full-cycle recruitment, process improvement, and using technology effectively.
Demonstrating strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Being adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping candidate experience at the core.
Having excellent communication and analytical skills; fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
Having a track record in driving employer branding, diversity, and great candidate experiences.
Being knowledgeable in employment law, compliance, and best practices.
