As a TAM, you will manage technical integrations and relationships with our key clients, ensuring the growth and success of these partnerships.Act as a technical owner for assigned accounts, meeting regularly with clients and executing on their needsSupport technical developments, upgrades, and migrations aligned with internal and external roadmapsMonitor active client integrations to proactively identify and resolve issuesAdvocate for client requirements when collaborating with engineering and product teamsHandle incident inquiries, collaborating with Customer Success, System Reliability, and Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly and communicate effectively with clientsMaintain strong technical knowledge of Citrus’ products and mentor staff on best practicesSupport pre-sales activities to assist the Sales team in closing dealsProvide post-sales technical guidance for complex solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teamsMaintain documentation related to client integrationsQualificationsAbout youWe are looking for a Technical Account Manager with :
2 to 5 years of experience in a technical account management, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or support engineering role in B2B, large / strategic customer segmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldKnowledge in debugging JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XMLProven achievement in similar roles, preferably client-facingStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience with ad technologies and API systemsWillingness to learn new technologiesAbility to work independently and make decisionsExcellent English and Spanish communication skills;
