Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled PCB & RF Design Engineer with a minimum of 1 years of experience in electronic hardware design, to support the development of our proprietary RF platforms and high-frequency subsystems. The role requires strong practical experience in circuit design, simulation, and laboratory testing using industry-standard RF measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
* Design and layout of multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer, including controlled-impedance RF traces and power delivery networks
* Validate schematics and hardware using test instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, and oscilloscopes
* Perform component selection and collaborate with suppliers to meet system-level electrical and mechanical constraints
* Generate full manufacturing packages including Gerber files, BOMs, and mechanical drawings
* Simulate circuit behavior using Ansys HFSS, LTspice, MATLAB / Simulink, or equivalent tools
* Participate in design reviews, test validation, and continuous design improvements
* Work closely with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless product integration
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent field
* Minimum 1 year of industry experience in Microwave and RF
* Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB tools
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with RF lab instruments (e.g., Anritsu, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)
* Strong understanding of RF layout practices, grounding, shielding, and EMC principles
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of hardware development
