The Customer Service Team Leader oversees advisory and commercial customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of commercial targets within the OpCo. Responsibilities include managing incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and supervising the customer service team to optimize daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales activities by contacting customers, providing product information, and negotiating contracts within defined standards.
* Handle order processing, monitor order status, and update relevant systems with accurate product and pricing data.
* Manage customer relationships by maintaining records, processing requests, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain confidence and satisfaction, escalating complex problems as needed.
* Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to departmental improvements.
* Coordinate and supervise team activities to ensure effective workload distribution.
