We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A; Manager to play a pivotal, cross‑functional role in shaping financial planning, performance management, and reporting across all product lines in Iberia. This position acts as the central backbone of financial coordination—ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence across markets and teams.
This role replaces traditional “Manager” structures with a modern Senior Contributor Leadership model (N‑1), focusing on influence, guidance, and strategic impact rather than formal hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
A. Coordination & Planning
Lead budget, forecast, and outlook processes across all product lines.
Ensure coherence, comparability, and alignment across countries, functions, and stakeholders.
B. Closing & Analysis
Oversee analytical consistency and high‑quality variance explanations during monthly close.
Deliver executive‑level dashboards, insights, and ad‑hoc strategic analysis.
C. Performance & AI Strategy
Coordinate Finance Performance initiatives, including process optimization and transformation.
Champion the use of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance reporting and accelerate insights.
D. Team Guidance & Collaboration
Provide functional guidance to Senior Contributors: FP&A; Reporting Lead and Finance Performance Lead.
Act as a functional coordinator for Business Controllers across the region.
Required Profile
Experience
10–15+ years in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance Transformation.
Proven experience in a multi-product, matrix organization .
Technical Expertise
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong command of BI tools, automation, and AI-enabled finance solutions .
Soft Skills
Exceptional synthesis and communication abilities.
Pragmatic, action-oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo without formal authority.
Ability to influence, guide, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Languages
Fluent English and Spanish (both required).
