Responsibilities
You’ll work with buyers from across Europe, showing beautiful homes across Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca South while delivering a high-level customer experience from first contact through to completion.
* Conduct property viewings with international buyers
* Build relationships with clients and property owners
* Secure property listings and exclusive homes
* Negotiate offers and close sales
* Manage your client pipeline through our CRM
* Work closely with our marketing and telemarketing teams
* Continuously improve your market and product knowledge
What we're looking for
* Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
* Dutch language skills are highly valued due to increasing demand from Dutch clients
* Additional languages are a major advantage
* Strong communication and people skills
* Motivated, ambitious, and proactive attitude
* Professional appearance and positive energy
* Own car and driving licence
* Real estate experience is a plus — but attitude, confidence, and sales ability matter more
