We are seeking a Jefe / a de Obra for photovoltaic plants in Málaga. The main responsibilities include :
* Ensuring safety, budget, quality, and schedule compliance on site.
* Managing resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
* Overseeing work development according to project plans, reporting changes to the project engineer.
* Ensuring legal and institutional compliance related to construction activities.
* Monitoring finishes and applying best practices as per project specifications.
* Guaranteeing operation, control, and troubleshooting during the PR period and prior to PA signing, with support from the monitoring team.
Requirements
* Experience as a site manager in photovoltaic projects.
* Willingness to travel and be on-site during the project duration (installations are within Spain).
* Excellent organizational and subcontractor coordination abilities.
* Experience coordinating personnel on-site.
* Ability to select work teams.
