Experteer Overview In this role you help ensure on-time, on-quality deliveries while safeguarding product conformity and customer protection. You will act as the main interface with internal customers and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. The position supports New Product Introduction, change requests, and end-to-end material flows within a fast-paced aerospace environment. You contribute to a more digital, impactful procurement organization and play a key part in achieving SQCDP targets and inventory optimization.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Act as the main interface with internal customers for visibility and protection of business interests - Manage deliveries to meet On Time and On Quality targets - Ensure process adherence for accountable activities aligned with Procurement and Programmes - Monitor supplier orderbooks and actively manage stocks - Oversee material flows to ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient delivery - Ensure Airbus D&S product conformity per defined quality inspection plan - Participate in New Product Introduction and contribute to Change Request evaluation - Lead internal coordination with stakeholders during the ordering phase - Interface with suppliers and transversal departments to implement corrective and preventive actions and resolve disputes - Ensure visibility on supplier KPI performance and manage RFQ processes during tendering - Raise risks, track actions, and escalate deviations to meet industrial targets - Support planning and inventory boards;
apply risk management methods - Contend with non-conformity containment and inventory action plans with suppliers - Contribute to improvement projects and best practices exchanges - Ensure ethical and compliant conduct per Airbus Code of Conduct - Analyze delays and prioritize urgent actions for emergency assembly lines and customer support - Verify export control licenses related to hardware deliveries - Perform quality inspections up to product delivery (including software) - Lead investigations and containment actions with SO and supplier - Attest product conformity to approved design (e.G., certifying staff)Responsabilidades - Master in Industrial/Aeronautical Engineering - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality and/or design office close to the product - Experience in MRTT/A400M programme in the mentioned departmentsRequisitos principales -
