Job Description:
The role involves supporting daily procurement activities within a weekly horizon, including:
Attending daily production monitoring meetings to report progress, parts availability, and support priority adjustments.
Supporting work order management and component management, including handling missing parts and logistics.
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate flow, manage non-conformities, over-delivery, lost parts, and cannibalization.
Managing pending logistics flows and transfer of responsibilities for work orders.
Competencies:
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Well organized, punctual, reliable, and ethical.
Open-minded for international work environments and problem-solving skills.
IT Skills:
Proficiency in SAP (material management), Excel, and GSuite.
Languages:
Spanish (negotiation level)
English (negotiation level)
French (valuable)
