NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to:
* strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
* contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
* improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
* inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Non-Key Expert: Deputy Logistics Expert (Host Country)
Qualifications and Skills:
* Advanced degree in economics/management/business or 5+ years added experience.
* Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of technical/telecom equipment for EOM.
* Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.
Experience:
* Cat. II: 5+ years / Cat. III: 2+ years in logistics of large-scale international ops.
* EU EOM or similar mission experience.
* Coordination-level experience.
* Host country/regional experience (asset).
* Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).
