About this role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with TA Partners, senior stakeholders within the business, and our Employer Brand partner in Brand. This is a newly created, hands‑on role with room to shape how recruitment marketing works at Preply. You’ll help us bring hiring priorities to life through talent events, community partnerships, paid campaigns, Glassdoor, job platforms, careers page improvements, and strong briefs for employer brand content.
You’ll partner closely with TA, Brand, Employer Brand, and leaders across the business to understand our priority audiences and help turn hiring goals into creative, measurable attraction activity. Think standout meetups, thoughtful event experiences, smart campaign briefs, stronger careers page journeys, better Glassdoor presence, and clear reporting on what is working.
We’re collaborative, curious, data-informed, and outcome-focused. We care about ideas, but we also care about impact: who we reached, what they engaged with, what we learned, and how it helped us build stronger pipelines.
Building a legendary company should be fun, and it should move the needle.
You won’t own Preply’s employer brand narrative, EVP, or final content creation – that sits with Brand and Employer Brand. Your role is to bring the hiring context: who we need to reach, where they spend time, what might make them engage with us, and how we turn that interest into stronger candidate relationships and qualified pipeline.
One week, you might partner with Engineering and TA to design a booth experience that makes people stop and talk to us, plan a Preply meetup for AI talent, or brief Brand on the audience behind a campaign. Next, you might review Glassdoor themes, respond to candidate reviews, look at event leads and conversion, or use campaign data to decide what we should scale, improve, or stop.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, creativity, and numbers in equal measure.
You’ll need to build trust across teams, ask good questions, bring fresh ideas, and stay close enough to the data to know whether those ideas are working. You’ll do well here if you’re excited by collaboration, curious about talent communities, and driven by helping Preply attract the best people out there.
What you’ll be doing
- Build attraction plans for priority chapters, starting with Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and Commercial.
- Partner with TA and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, talent audiences, and where Preply should show up.
- Work closely with Brand and Employer Brand to brief campaigns, content ideas, careers page updates, and event materials.
- Help identify strong internal proof points – people, projects, team moments, and business impact – that can inspire employer brand content.
- Shape and deliver talent events with TA and Chapter Leads, from meetups and conferences to sponsorships and in‑house activations.
- Bring creative ideas to event engagement: booth experiences, speaker opportunities, follow‑up journeys, candidate conversations, and moments that make Preply memorable.
- Own our Glassdoor strategy, including review responses, reputation themes, profile improvements, and actions that strengthen how candidates see Preply.
- Coordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, job boards, and niche talent platforms.
- Improve the careers page as a candidate journey: spot gaps, recommend updates, and track how changes impact engagement and applications.
- Measure the impact of events, campaigns, channels, and Glassdoor activity through clear KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, source quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Share learnings with TA, Brand, and business stakeholders so we keep improving where we invest time, energy, and budget.
What you need to succeed
- 4+ years across recruitment marketing, talent marketing, employer brand activation, talent events, or talent attraction in a fast‑growing Tech business.
- Strong relationship‑building skills: you can earn trust with TA, Brand, hiring leaders, and employees across the business.
- A creative mindset for attracting talent, especially through events, communities, campaigns, and candidate touchpoints.
- Hands‑on events experience: you’ve helped plan and deliver meetups, conferences, sponsorships, booths, or community activations.
- A good understanding of how recruitment marketing supports hiring pipelines, not just brand awareness.
- A data‑informed approach: you measure what you run, learn from the results, and use insights to improve.
- Strong briefing skills: you can turn hiring context and audience insight into clear input for Brand, Employer Brand, TA, and business stakeholders.
- Confidence working with technical and senior stakeholders, especially across Engineering, Data/AI, Product, or Design.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and sharper.
- Experience with LinkedIn paid ads, job boards, talent platforms, Glassdoor, or employer reputation channels.
- Advanced English level required.
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Barcelona or Kyiv, and happy to be on site when events and hiring pushes need you.
Nice to have
- Experience improving Glassdoor scores or employer reputation platforms.
- Experience with employee advocacy or internal storytelling.
- Experience with university, graduate, or early‑career programmes.
- Sourcing experience alongside recruitment marketing.
- Experience in a fast‑growing tech, marketplace, SaaS, or AI‑led company.
