Driving data-informed decisions, you’ll lead market analyses, supplier relationships, and program enhancements to support a healthier, more productive workforce. identify process improvements. - Manage program evaluation dashboards, submit survey data, update databases, and prepare annual cost reports. - Prepare materials for benefits proposals with cross-functional teams;
lead vendor management to maximize value. - Stay current with changing regulations and workforce needs;
develop relationships with stakeholders;
coach team members.Responsabilidades - Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related experience - Experience in a large multinational company preferred - Project management certification (e.G., Green Belt) preferred - Experience with leading global employee benefits consulting firms valued - English required;
Spanish preferred - Experience in multinational, culturally diverse environments preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
