About the Role
As our IT Manager, you will be the architect and operator of Applivery's internal IT. You'll make sure every employee, from day one, has the tools, access, and devices they need to do their best work, securely and without friction.
This role is uniquely exciting: you will run Applivery's internal IT using Applivery itself. You'll be our power user, our most demanding customer, and a critical voice that pushes the product to be world-class. In a company building the future of endpoint management, our internal IT is our showcase, and you'll own it end-to-end.
You’ll lead everything from device lifecycle and identity management to SaaS governance, security compliance, and the daily operations that keep a high-velocity, remote-friendly team productive. If you love building systems from the ground up, automating everything that shouldn't be manual, and being the trusted technical go-to across the company, this role is for you.
What you’ll own:
Endpoint lifecycle across macOS, Windows, iOS and Android
Identity & Access Management: SSO, MFA, least-privilege access and JML workflows
Security and compliance readiness: SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ENS
Zero-trust architecture and internal IT automation
Smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
SaaS governance, licenses, vendors and IT costs
Madrid office IT infrastructure and distributed team support
Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, COO, People Ops, Finance and Security
We’re looking for someone with:
4+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Management, SysAdmin or Security roles
Hands‑on experience with MDM/UEM platforms

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or similar identity providers
Practical experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC and SCIM
Solid understanding of endpoint security, EDR, patching, DLP and conditional access
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ENS frameworks
Automation skills with tools like Bash, Python, PowerShell, n8n, Zapier or Make
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
A service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership
