Key Responsibilities
* Lead with impact: Advise clients on master data management, governance, and architecture strategies that enable digital transformation.
* Drive innovation: Support SAP S/4HANA migration planning and execution, ensuring seamless data conversion and integration.
* Design smarter solutions: Create data governance models using SAP MDG and advanced tools, leveraging AI/ML for efficiency.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills
* SAP expertise: Strong background in SAP data management and governance, with hands‑on experience in S/4HANA migration.
* Technical know‑how: Familiarity with ETL tools like SAP Data Services or Syniti ADM, plus Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strategic mindset: Ability to define data architecture recommendations and implement best practices for data quality.
* Clear communicator: Skilled at explaining complex concepts to senior stakeholders in a simple, compelling way.
* Leadership and growth: Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in client‑facing roles, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
