Crew food is of the utmost importance and is shared between all chefs, with the Head Chef heavily involved, especially when no guests are onboard.
Fresh sourdough is made daily, with hot food provided for the crew every day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An excellent budget is allocated for crew food.
There is no budget for guest food.
We are proud of the food produced for the crew at every meal and are looking for a chef who wants to join a team with the mindset that every meal is important and should be delicious.
