What You Will Do Lead the successful deployment and onboarding of NeuralTrust solutions with enterprise clients Own post-sale client relationships and act as a trusted advisor Ensure high adoption, measurable value delivery, and long-term client satisfaction Define success metrics and track client health throughout the lifecycle Run regular business reviews and performance check-ins Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate closely with Sales on renewals and account growth Serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback into product insights Build and scale repeatable client success and deployment processes Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the founding team You will not be “just another employee” — your execution will directly impact retention, revenue growth, and NeuralTrust’s integral reputation About You Experience in Customer Success, Solutions Delivery, Implementation, or Account Management (3+ years) Proven track record managing enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS clients Strong project management and organizational skills Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders xhfqzwm Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software is a strong plus Interest or background in AI, AI agents, or enterprise SaaS is highly valued Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment Based in Barcelona Professional proficiency in English language Benefits High-growth, multicultural, and friendly startup environment Hybrid setup Work directly with the founding team Real ownership and impact from day one Fast learning curve at the forefront of AI & Agent Security Strong growth opportunities
