We ́re looking for part time (36 h per week) Beauty Advisor for our store in ECI Pintor Sorolla.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
* · Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
* · Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers.
* · Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business;
particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any.
* · Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
* · Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.
* · Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
* · Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization.
* · Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections.
* · Ensure stock availability of all references.
Requirements
* · Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail.
* · Make Up Artistry skills.
* · Fluent English & Spanish. It ́s mandatory.
* · Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
* · Beauty obsessed, socially savvy and consumer centric.
