THE ROLE
We're looking for a proactive, people-first person to be the main point of contact for our clients.
Your day will be a mix of phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions — plus coordinating behind the scenes with our operations, maintenance, and sales teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Handle clients inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
– Take responsibility for efficiently managing issues reported by clients.
– Coordinate issue management in collaboration with other departments.
– Manage check-in and check-out processes, including key handovers.
– Use company systems and processes to keep all information organized.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– Fluent English and Spanish; any additional language is a plus.
– Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
– Strong communicator who connects easily with people from different backgrounds.
– Proactive and adaptable .
– Comfortable with digital tools and quick to pick up new systems.
