After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue this growth by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the Polish market.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting, building, developing, and managing your client portfolio.
* Qualifying, recruiting, and following up with freelance consultants.
(70% sales / 30% recruitment)
Our Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2 years experience building your own client portfolio in the Polish market.
* Enjoy prospecting and cold calling.
* Native Polish, fluent in English.
* Results and target-driven.
