๐ What are we looking for?
* University degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
* Ability to communicate in English (minimum B2 level). Interviews will take place in English.
* More than 2 years as Tech Lead in Java/Kotlin and React technologรญes.
* More than 10 years of experience and deep knowledge of Java with SpringBoot, micros, etc
* More than 4 years of experience working with React
* Skilled in leveraging cloud AWS for deployment and scalability.
* Experienced in working with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
* Experienced applying software design principles, data structures, design patterns, and computer science fundamentals to write clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular code with clear naming convention and agile environments.
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team while driving best engineering practices
* Own sprint planning and backlog management, coordinating priorities with product managers and stakeholders
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software, from development to production
