The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to hotel contracts, supplier information, and content information. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our operations and ensuring high‐quality service to our suppliers.You will support the business by delivering accurate analysis, recurring and ad‐hoc reporting, and insights that enable more informed decisions. Additionally, you will closely monitor the performance of the Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends and insights.Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, providing recurring and ad‐hoc analyses.Prepare presentations and recommendations based on data‐driven insights to support strategic decision‐making.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements.Advanced Tableau SkillsProficiency in Tableau is essential for this role. Support business stakeholders through data‐driven storytelling using Tableau.Fluent in English and Spanish.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within travel or hospitality.Strong proficiency in SQL and ExcelDetail‐oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, or content information is desirable.
