Qualifications - About You
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 to 2 years retail management experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Strong math skills and reading comprehension
* Customer service-oriented mindset
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
* Physical ability to stand for shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
* Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems
