Education / Experience
* Experience: minimu m 5 years in IT Service Delivery or Account Management within Cyber Secrity market.
* Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within EU.
* Sector Knowledge: Experience with public sector or governmental clients is a plus.
* Problem-Solving: Innovative and proactive approach to challenges.

* Gain deep insight into ongoing projects to support consultant recruitment.
* Align consultant profiles with project-specific needs.
Process Analysis and Optimization
* Analyze client and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
* Monitor performance against KPIs, deadlines, and procedures.
* Provide detailed reports to management on performance, feedback, and improvement areas.
Contract Negotiation and Service Portfolio Development
