Education / Experience
* Experience: minimu m 5 years in IT Service Delivery or Account Management within Cyber Secrity market.
* Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within EU.
* Sector Knowledge: Experience with public sector or governmental clients is a plus.
* Problem-Solving: Innovative and proactive approach to challenges.
* Personal Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and composed under pressure.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Deliverables
* Timely and high-quality delivery of consultancy services.
* Regular client visit reports and feedback summaries.
* Monthly performance reports including KPIs and improvement plans.
* Updated service portfolio based on client needs and market trends.
* Documentation of process improvements and implementation outcomes.

Duties
Service Delivery Management
* Ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of consultancy services.
* Take full accountability for service performance and client satisfaction.
* Drive future demand through consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Client Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
* Conduct regular on-site visits to understand client needs and resolve issues.
* Provide tailored solutions based on client feedback and project requirements.

Project Understanding and Support
* Gain deep insight into ongoing projects to support consultant recruitment.
* Align consultant profiles with project-specific needs.

Process Analysis and Optimization
* Analyze client and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
* Monitor performance against KPIs, deadlines, and procedures.
* Provide detailed reports to management on performance, feedback, and improvement areas.

Contract Negotiation and Service Portfolio Development
* Conduct performance reviews and gather client feedback. xohynlm
