Role Objectives
We are seeking an experienced and strategic German Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to work with high-value business clients in the Google Ads space. This role supports larger clients in industries such as retail, travel, and other sizable businesses with substantial revenue. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships, delivering tailored marketing strategies to drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with larger clients, particularly in retail, travel, and high-revenue industries, to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and strategies.
* Provide consultative support to clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with effective solutions.
* Help clients improve advertising performance through insights, recommendations, and strategic planning.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships focusing on value-driven consultations.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure strategies are implemented and results are optimized.
* Align Google Ads strategies with clients' business goals to create meaningful impact.
* Offer expert guidance on marketing concepts and Google Ads features to help clients achieve their objectives.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
* C2 level of German and high proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* 1-2 years experience in sales or online advertising.
* Strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads, preferably in retail, travel, or larger sectors.
* Deep understanding of marketing strategies and tools, especially in digital advertising.
* Mid/Senior-level profile capable of providing strategic insights.
* Ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona, with a salary of €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses.
