We are looking for professionals committed to vocational-technical work and curious about developing roles linked to Contract Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop together with the Project Manager the contractual strategy of the Project.
Managing the contract(s), and coordinating with the Project Manager and managers.
Implement and follow the Contract Management Procedures of the Company in the Project(s).
Coordinate the Contract Management Team.
Contract administration, managing the obligations and rights of the contract(s) and ensuring timely compliance.
Interacting and collaborating proactively with the Project Team in order to ensure that the Contract(s) is(are) understood and that proper Contract Management is being performed at all project levels.
Management of the changes. Preparing, clarifying, settling, and implementing contract variations.
Management of claims and disputes: Preparing, clarifying, and settling contract claims and disputes.
Key Requirements
Proven experience managing contracts for large-scale projects in the Industrial or Energy sector.
Proven experience acting as a Project Engineer or equivalent management responsibilities in the sector.
An Engineering Degree or equivalent.
Written and spoken fluency in English. Other languages would be valuable.
Proven experience in International Arbitration would be positively considered.
Availability to travel.
Eligibility to work in Europe.
Previous experience working internationally.

Ability to persuade and communicate skills to interact with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
