What we expect
-Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management
-Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes
-Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems
-Implement support packages effectively
-Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility
