* Manage the end-to-end construction processes for multiple PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Define and update construction standards and project management requirements.
* Develop and control the construction budget, optimize expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
* Develop and implement staffing and staff development plans to meet the growing PV needs.
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with project construction.
* Lead contract and commercial discussions with third parties for portfolio topics.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
* Foster and maintain supplier relationships crucial for project construction.
* Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the construction division.
Our Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy project construction across various countries and multinational environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial construction budgets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
* Knowledge of English – C1.
* Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese – welcome.
