What You'll Bring
At least 5 years of work experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industry companies
Expertise or strong interest in Procurement topics, such as: procurement transformation, category-driven value creation and procurement innovation
Strong consulting skill set with a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow: creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically and excellent numerical skills
Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
Collaborative working style with a proven ability to team effectively across BCG and with clients
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients by deeply understanding their business and challenges
Strong educational background. MBA is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English
