Our team is constantly growing and we are always on the lookout for top-notch specialists with technological, data science, marketing, sales, customer success, medical, business, or product expertise.**Job description**:We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Outbound Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. Reporting to the Growth Lead and collaborating with our external outbound agency, the Outbound Marketing Manager will help in the development and execution of our outbound campaigns, programs, and communications.**Responsibilities**:- Manage outbound campaigns, together with an external agency- Lead preparation, execution, and evaluation of B2B lead generation campaigns (inbound and outbound), including building and managing a database of contacts for the campaigns- Align outbound effort with wider marketing goals, but also drive the strategic discussion about the direction- Work closely with marketing automation specialist, SDR, and Sales team to nurture leads, gain insights and close the loop- Support sales team in scheduling meetings during the offline events- Run experiments to test out different messaging, value propositions, and target groups- Full responsibility for the outbound channel including the budget, tracking, and analyzing KPIs (i.E. open rates, response rates, conversion rates to meetings, pipeline generated)- Improve lead scoring based on the insights and iterate on it, together with the marketing team**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in Outbound marketing- Experience in the enterprise market in the US- Hands-on experience with Outbound marketing tools like Outreach, Growbots, hunter.Io, Woodpecker, etc.- Deep understanding of Marketing-Sales funnel and SDR processes- Proven ability to effectively win new business and craft commercial materials (pitches, presentations, leaflets, podcasts, and webinars scripts, to name some)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Fluent English - both written and spoken- Ability to lead and work autonomously- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment**Beneficial skills**:- Experience managing a team- Experience working in global healthcare industries**Why is working at Infermedica awesome?**:- We're building an open and supportive startup culture where you can do your best work and improve your competence. This would be done remotely and could take about 60 minutes.- An assignment as homework. You would have time to do the task in the most comfortable time.- Next, a final presentation session to talk over the completed assignment.
