Key Responsibilities:- Understand the executive education market, both for degree programs as well as short courses, locally and regionally- To monitor and analyse compeitor’s program offerings, marketing activities, social media and collaterals- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan in collaboration with the business development team to generate leads- Manage and work closely with agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns- Manage marketing vendors and tracking of ROI, sales conversions and marketing budgets of various program pillars- Create engaging content on website and social media- Familiar with Google Analytics and experienced in using Google AdWords, SEO copywriting, social marketing, etc to drive traffic to website- Assess online advertising KPIs and identify suitable media platforms to reach the target audience- End-to-end planning and management of marketing events and webinars- Create and track effectiveness of EDMs- Assist in responding to enquiries/leads generated- Support corporate improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with team members within and outside of NEE- Support tasks assigned by management of NEE as neededRequirements:- A good bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing- Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably from an event management / media / creative agency or CET/training related organization- Excellent written communication skills for copywriting and proof reading of collaterals- Good business acumen- IT Skills: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Canva, CRM, EDM- Possess effective interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors and colleagues across functions- Self-motivated, organized, meticulous and able to deliver within deadlinesHiring Institution: NTU
