About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join our growing team covering the North Costa Blanca. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional who already understands the local market and is confident in generating listings, building relationships, and closing sales.
The successful candidate will work across key locations, including Altea, Albir, La Nucía, Finestrat, Benidorm and Villajoyosa, focusing on residential property sales and client acquisition.
This role is idóneo for someone who wants the flexibility and earning potential of being self-employed, whilst benefiting from the support, marketing, systems and brand presence of an established agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new property listings across the assigned areas
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Deliver excellent customer service to both vendors and purchasers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
- Proactively network and develop local market presence
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent or Property Sales Consultant
- Strong knowledge of the North Costa Blanca property market
- Proven ability to generate listings and close sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
Desirable
- Additional languages such as Dutch, French, German or Swedish
- Existing local client database or network
- Experience working with international buyers
