Are you a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement? Join our team and take charge of our Maintenance department to drive performance, safety, and innovation.
Your Mission
Lead the Maintenance function to ensure optimal equipment reliability, cost efficiency, and alignment with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve maintenance targets in effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability as defined by the Operations team.
* Manage and optimize the Maintenance budget (Capex & Opex), ensuring cost control and strategic investment.
* Coordinate and oversee extraordinary maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
* Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
* Define and manage service contracts in collaboration with the Purchasing department (GCF).
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with procedures and best practices.
* Develop and implement innovative maintenance methods and foster technical know-how.
* Ensure all machinery and maintenance operations meet safety standards and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Relevant educational background in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proven experience in KPI reporting.
* Knowledge of auditing in ISO 50001.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
