We are looking for a China Purchasing Specialist to actively manage administrative purchasing operations in the Chinese market.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Administrative management of purchasing operations.
Order entry and follow-up.
Coordination of shipments and international logistics.
Negotiation of prices, lead times, and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
Research, evaluation, and negotiation with existing suppliers.
Coordination with internal departments (engineering, production, quality, etc.).
Support in cost analysis and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
Follow-up on incidents related to orders, deliveries, or quality issues.
Maintenance and updating of supplier and purchasing databases.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience in purchasing administration and/or logistics.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, and a high level of English.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Availability to travel.

Working hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:20 p.m., with adaptable start time between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.
