Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

What Youll Do
1. Participating in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customers business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customers needs, particularly in D SCM (production planning & execution)
2. Collaborating with Project Manager, other internal and external team throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
3. Providing in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Manufacturing and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
4. Documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
5. Demonstrating experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology; understanding the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects
6. Configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customers business requirements
7. If modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application: facilitating the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process
8. Conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application
What You Have
9. 3+ years of consulting experience in Dynamics Manufacturing related modules with a focus on business modeling and software implementation: Master planning and Planning Optimization Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management Production Operations Resources and Route management Experience with Production module configuration from scratch Production batch execution
10. Industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications. Working for projects in America's time zone
11. Demonstrated ability to: Analyze and understand business problems Model data and processes Conduct workshops and training sessions Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
12. Familiar and experienced in: Core Production related functionality Application technology stack Implementation Methodology Industry Knowledge
13. High degree of insight and analytical skill
14. Team-oriented; willing to align work with the teams priorities and goals
15. Able to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
16. Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
17. Skilled in organizational change
