Position Overview As our new Senior Sales Manager, you will own and expand strategic media sales, driving significant advertising revenue across DAZN's media portfolio. This senior role is for a proactive sales leader who thrives in a fast‐paced sports media environment. You will be the face of DAZN, relentlessly prospecting, pitching, and closing high‐value integrated campaigns (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic). The role is based in our Madrid office.
What You'll Be Doing Drive new business: identify and convert opportunities in priority categories; align proposals with sports moments and client objectives.
Design and deliver integrated solutions: OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic – partner with internal teams to execute flawlessly.
Own the pipeline: maintain accurate forecasting and ensure operational excellence with sellers and Account Managers.
Market leadership: share insights, create category playbooks, and represent DAZN at industry events.
What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of closing large integrated campaigns.
Deep network in Spain; ability to navigate complex structures and secure decision‐maker access.
Commercial acumen: expert in pricing, packaging, upselling, and structuring deals for maximum yield.
Operational rigor: strong CRM habits, forecasting accuracy, and collaboration with Ad Ops for delivery optimization.
Strategic mindset: ability to tie proposals to sports moments and client KPIs.
