What will your responsibilities be?
* Gather departmental recruitment needs.
* Define the appropriate personal and professional profile for the position.
* Publish job offers and write job descriptions.
* Contact candidates.
* Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
* Prepare reports with the selection results.
* Employee support and attention.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in similar roles (minimum 2 years).
* Experience in recruitment in the catering or ETT companies is valued.
* Experience managing selection processes and projects.
* A degree, preferably in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar.
* Specific training in HR and/or selection techniques is valued.
* Customer orientation.
* Organizational skills.
* Communication skills.
* Own vehicle to access the workplace.

* Temporary contract with the possibility of permanence.

* Work hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with half-hour flexibility).
