The Wealth Management & Insurance division covers three businesses in all Santander Group countries: Insurance, Asset Management and Private Banking. We work to provide the best solutions to our clients in these three businesses in the 10 countries where we are present.
The Difference You Make
We are looking for a "Client Support Analyst in Alternative Funds" based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Perform all operational activities concerning fund capital calls, distributions to investors, etc. linked with the Clients dealing process.
Lead new clients onboarding. Documentation of seed capital processes.
Preparation and distribution of client packages. Update of the clients database with all details required.
Follow up, coordinate and oversight all the processes with the FA and the TA.

Professional Experience
At least 2 years of outstanding professional performance. (Required)
Experience within the client services area of an Alternative Management company. (Required)
Education
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Economics or Engineering. (Required)
Languages
English (fluent). (Required)
Hard Skills
Deep knowledge of the Alternative Funds client area. (Required)
Excellent capability to analyze data and complex information. (Preferred)
Strong reasoning skills, with the ability to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems. (Preferred)
Knowledge of running queries in databases and Excel macros. (Required)
Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors on larger ones. (Required)
Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures. (Required)
Soft Skills
Effective communication and ability to present results clearly to both expert and non-expert audiences. (Preferred)
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility. (Preferred)
Analytical problem-solving with excellent time management and ability to prioritize under pressure. (Preferred)
