The Mission
Your role isn’t just about managing a portfolio; it’s about building markets. You will spearhead our expansion across strategic regions ( Europe, LATAM, Africa, APAC ), positioning Tier-1 solutions in Smart Grids, IoT, Industrial Digitalization, and Renewables .
What we’re looking for:
* Background: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Telecom, or similar). We speak your technical language.
* Track Record: 8–15 years in international business development within B2B sectors (Energy, Infrastructure, Industry).
* Languages: English at a negotiation level ( C1/C2) is a must. Proficiency in French is a high-value asset that will set you apart.
* Mindset: Strategic vision for long-term, complex sales cycles. We don’t compete on price; we win through high-impact value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Entry: Identifying and opening new international territories.
* Partnership Building: Scouting and developing local strategic partners.
* Key Account Development: Managing relationships with Utilities, Engineering firms, and EPCs.
* Strategic Alignment: Working closely with R&D and Product teams to align our tech stack with global market demands.
