About the Role
We are entering a new phase of expansion across North America, with plans to expand internationally this year. From boutique safari tents to architecturally striking domes, we are redefining outdoor hospitality for the modern traveller.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager who can own partner relationships, ensure smooth operations, and improve performance across our portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in partner success, guest experience, and day-to-day execution.

We partner with landowners, deploy high-quality units at their properties, and manage bookings across major platforms to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong returns.

How Our Model Works
We operate a partnership-based model:
* We partner with landowners/hosts to deploy and operate glamping units on their land
* We drive demand through online travel agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
* We manage bookings and guest communication, while our partners handle on-site operations
This means our team sits at the intersection of B2B (partners) and B2C (guests) —ensuring both sides succeed.
In this context, here's what you'll be responsible for:
1. Partner Success (B2B)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners/hosts
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
* Ensure alignment, responsiveness, and long-term partner satisfaction
* Identify opportunities to improve operations and overall performance
2. Guest Experience & Reservations (B2C)
* Manage reservations (bookings, modifications, cancellations, special requests)
* Serve as a point of contact for guests via email and phone
* Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and care
* Ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience
3. Performance & Account Growth
* Monitor key metrics such as occupancy, booking trends, and guest feedback
* Support listing optimization across OTAs (pricing, content, positioning)
* Identify opportunities to improve performance and partner results
* Contribute to revenue growth through better execution and coordination
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in account management, hospitality, hotel operations, or short-term rentals
* Native-level English (written & spoken)
* Experience with OTAs, reservations, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage both partners and guests effectively
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
* Ability to identify patterns and improve performance through execution
* Comfortable being on-call during weekends when needed
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities can shift
