**Position Overview**
The Gateway Project Manager (EMEA) is responsible for end‑to‑end project management of all service delivery activities related to gateway deployment, activation, scaling, and operational readiness across the EMEA region. This role ensures timely, coordinated, and high‑quality delivery of gateway infrastructure by managing schedules, risks, dependencies, cross‑functional alignment, and KPI performance.
This position leads execution across engineering, deployment, operations, partners, and local site teams to ensure gateways are delivered on time, meet capacity and performance requirements, and support regional service‑growth objectives.
Operating at the intersection of large‑scale infrastructure delivery and advanced satellite gateway technology, this role requires a blend of technical understanding, program‑management discipline, and operational urgency. The Gateway Project Manager must navigate complex multi‑country regulatory processes, cross‑partner coordination, and accelerated timelines while ensuring each gateway meets stringent technical, capacity, and service‑readiness standards across diverse EMEA markets.

- KPI Management, Performance Tracking & Reporting_
- Define, measure, and report KPIs related to gateway readiness, delivery speed, quality, and scale performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on project status, delays, risks, achievements, and next steps.
- Ensure KPI data is integrated into regional dashboards and service delivery governance routines.
- Operational Readiness & Handover Enablement_
- Ensure all gateways meet acceptance criteria, integration readiness, and operational requirements pre‑handover.
- Deliver structured handover packages, playbooks, documentation, and readiness checklists for operations and NOC teams.
- Validate post‑delivery performance and ensure smooth transition to steady‑state monitoring.
- Continuous Improvement & Delivery Optimization_
- Identify workflow gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement areas across the gateway delivery lifecycle.
- Recommend enhancements for tools, templates, reporting mechanisms, and delivery processes.
- Drive best practices across gateway deployment teams in EMEA.
- Deliverables_
- Gateway delivery project schedules, milestone plans, and execution trackers.
- Weekly/monthly status reports, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries.
