Your work will directly improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency (b Take Responsibility /b). /li /ul pb Who you are /b /p p We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who loves the factory floor. /pullib An Engineer: /b You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar. /lilib Experienced: /b You bring 3+ years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing (ideally in the Food Industry). /lilib A Lean Practitioner: /b You have strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Certification). /lilib A Leader Coach: /b You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and train others.
