As a Software Engineer (Mid+), your mission will be to strengthen internal technical execution and help build the foundations of our future engineering team.Backend development in JavaScript / TypeScript.AWS Lambda-based services.Management and evolution of workflows in Zendesk.Continuous improvement of quality, testing, and maintainability.Internal tools that support global operations.Laying the groundwork for future AI initiatives (automatic translation, medical text anonymization, structured data extraction, etc.).Experience developing software in JavaScript / TypeScript.
We need someone who can contribute immediately without a long language learning curve.Experience building APIs, integrations, or backend processes.
Our work is based on orchestrating information between insurers, members, medical centers, and local partners.
Integrations and proper data handling are at the core of the system.We are a small team under construction.
Many decisions involve balancing speed, maintainability, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
It will make us very happy if you also have:Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
