Brand Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio)

Job Description
The Brand Manager Ax will help to translate the strategy for the Aesthetic product portfolio (Ax) into a local operational marketing plan to achieve the company's business objectives, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager Ax. All actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and D.lgs 81/08), Galderma's Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual plan, aligned with integral and local strategy
- Analyse the portfolio performance data and market insights
- Develop/localize promotional materials for each campaign, both physical and digital, cooperating with agencies, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the materials for events or Congresses
- Support the definition of the materials planning for the Sales Team
- Monitor the sampling strategy
- Actively collaborate cross‑function and cross‑BUs, for the go‑to‑market activities and Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)
Skills & Qualifications
- University Degree with a Marketing/Economic background
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) with strong background in Aesthetic Medicine
- Proven experience in marketing rounded role, mixing qualitative and analytics tasks
- Knowledge of Medical Visit strategy and Congresses
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross‑functional collaboration
- Fluent in Business English (Italian mother tongue preferably)
- Office tools
- Veeva Vault knowledge
- Previous experience working in a matrix organization
