SUMMARY OF ROLE HERE
* Manage project aspects and daily coordination, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
* Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, coordinating activities and resources, developing agendas, and communicating with internal and external clients.
* Prepare progress reports, documentation, project reports, PowerPoint presentations/slides, and create PowerPoint decks.
What you’ll do
* Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
* Coordinate requests to expedite approvals.
* Coordinate sales support activities, including business requests and RFPs, to ensure they meet company standards.
* Liaise with clients to identify and define project management objectives, scope, and other requirements.
* Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
* Monitor project progress and handle risks or issues that arise.
* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
* Track progress and resolve obstacles.
* Communicate with internal and external clients.
* Prepare progress reports, project forecasts, activity dashboards, etc.
* Coordinate and compile PowerPoint presentations/slides, creating decks.
What experience you need
* Bachelor’s degree from college or university
* Advanced level proficiency in written and spoken English
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) preferred
* Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
