IBMC is assisting a high-growth global FinTech leader headquartered in Bali to find a world-class marketing talent. Operating across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, our client delivers next-generation financial services, spanning digital payments, embedded finance, and wealth management. With a vision to make financial services borderless, we are building a world-class team to impact millions of users across five continents. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a proven track record in international markets to lead global campaigns from our Bali headquarters. You will own the development of cross-border strategies, localization frameworks, and brand narratives that resonate across diverse cultures and complex regulatory environments. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on complexity, data-driven performance, and global storytelling. Key Responsibilities Global Strategy Ownership: Develop and own the global marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM. Multi-Market Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, adapting messaging and creative to regional cultural nuances. Go-To-Market (GTM): Lead GTM strategies for new country and product launches, collaborating with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams globally. Localization Frameworks: Build systems that preserve brand integrity while enabling culturally relevant market-specific execution. Performance Excellence: Oversee global performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROAS across regions. Authority Building: Drive international content marketing, SEO/GEO strategy, and thought leadership to establish authority in global FinTech markets. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activity complies with regional financial advertising standards (FCA, SEC, MAS, OJK, GDPR, etc.). Mentorship: Develop junior marketing team members and foster a globally-minded, high-performance culture. Requirements Experience: Minimum 6 years in marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in global/international roles within FinTech, Payments, or Banking. Track Record: Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns across multiple international markets simultaneously. FinTech Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of payments, cross-border transfers, digital wallets, or lending technology and their respective regulatory nuances. Technical Proficiency: Expert in performance platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Tableau). Communication: Exceptional English skills (written/verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, or French is a significant advantage. Global Mindset: Proven ability to work across time zones, cultures, and distributed international teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or Finance.
