**Position**:
Estates & Wines, the Moët Hennessy wine division, is a unique collection of prestigious wineries spread across 5 continents. Our vineyards are located on exceptional sites and are among the best terroirs of their appellation and each of our wineries have broken new ground - by pioneering new or forgotten regions; or through innovative & distinctive winemaking techniques.
Based in Toro, Spain and reporting to the Estate Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for communicating and driving awareness, desirability, and activation of Bodega Numanthia brands on a Global level, making Bodega Numanthia the reference of the Toro DO, and recognized among the best Spanish wine gems around the world.
She/He is responsible for:
**Brand strategy and equity**
- Own the brand DNA and ensure consistency of brand execution globally
- Develop strategic business reviews to identify challenges & opportunities
- Identify key consumer trends/insights and implications for brand
- Develop global brand strategy to capture these opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the Estate and the markets to develop yearly marketing plans
- Be the point person for Bodega Numanthia for all the global markets requests and demands
**A&P; budget development**
- Provide brand budget guidelines to regions/markets
- Provide feedback to regions on marketing calendar & budgets
- In the framework of the budget process, develop brand central A&P; budget
**Brand Content & Digital**
- Develop creative brief and share with the estate and key markets
- Lead agency selection process, production execution
- Develop the yearly marketing and content plan for the brand
- Manage all the social media channels and website for Bodega Numanthia with support from E&W; Digital team.
- Lead the global influencer strategy in-line with brand DNA
- Establish a system collecting customer data from winery visits
- Guide, approve and support the CRM market initiatives
**Innovation**
- Lead the development of the brand innovation strategy and deliver programs to markets
- Develop and monitor launch plans for innovation initiatives
**Pricing and distribution**
- Develop guidelines for brand pricing at RSP level
- Work with the E&W; business development organization to set RSP and NSI pricing guidelines
**Activation Development**
- Define brand general merchandising strategy & guidelines
- With the local markets define the product experience and visibility programs in on-premise
- Receive and give guidance on locally-generated initiatives
- Lead agency selection process, production and execution
**Brand events, PR and Hospitality**
- Develop global and creative concepts to share with key markets
- Develop 360° guidelines for brand regional/local events
- Develop, with support of Central E&W; PR all the PR tools needed to build the brand
- Set and measure KPIs
- Develop our experiences to the trade tourism industry and make sure our visitors center becomes a destination
- Review implementation of the winery programs and opportunities for incremental value creation
- Supervise bookings leading by example & demonstrating best practices service at all times, host tastings & events
**Profile**:
**Education **:Business School, Marketing master
**Languages **:Fluent in English and Spanish.
**Professional experience & know how**:
- Minimum 5years’ experience in marketing positions
- Knowledge of wines & spirits industry or a very strong interest in wines
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry
- Global Marketing experience and knowledge of the wine world are essential
